The buzzing atmosphere of the Sports Bar, with 9 large screen plasma TVs showing BT Sports and Sky Sports, provides a vibrant yet relaxing setting for avid sports fans to enjoy a menu of cocktails and beers, light bite and snacks as the action unfolds. 

The special Summer of Sport menu features an exciting mix of dishes that are sure to hit the spot. Salt Cod Fritters are complemented by a burst of citrus flavour in a lime mayo, Feijoada is a traditional black bean stew and Hilton London Metropole's Rio Burger features prime beef with malagueta mayo and all the trimmings, while a variety of Hot Skewers on the Skillet include spiced BBQ steak, malagueta ribs, coconut prawns and sticky malagueta wings. And that's not all, there's also a selection of traditional treats for dessert lovers, too, including Quindin; a coconut pudding, Bolo de Cenoura; Brazilian carrot cake and Compota de Abacaxi; pineapple compote.

To complement these tantalising flavours, guests can also get into the Rio spirit by sampling Hilton London Metropole's take on the country's traditional 'Caipirinha' cocktail.  This is available in its classic form - a mix of Cachaca, lime wedges and sugar - or with a hot or fruity twist, inviting Passion Fruit, Strawberry, Cucumber, Watermelon or Chilli flavours into the mix.
