Clico's brand new fine dining restaurant will be open from 19:00 – 23:00. Before going out on the town and ringing in the new year, enjoy a 5-course tasting menu @ R455 pp with wine pairing as an optional extra. Dishes such as smoked snoek pate, cucumber salsa, apricot gel with a rooibos foam should satisfy the tastebuds for a perfect farewell to the Old Year.
