New wellness programme at Hotel Botánico & Oriental Spa Garden

The recently launched ´Botánico Slim & Wellness' programme offers guests the opportunity to get back into shape and fitter whilst enjoying a relaxing holiday at Hotel Botánico, one of the most flagship resorts in the Canary Islands.

The programme offers exquisite low-calorie cuisine that eliminates fats, sugar and alcohol and enhances the flavours of natural ingredients that are both ecological and organic. 'Animal Instinct' at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

Calling all pet lovers – the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife is now offering an exclusive service for four-legged travellers called 'Animal Instinct'. Available to guests' dogs and micro pigs that weigh less than 10 kg, the Animal Instinct service includes personalised pet check in using the animal's paws, a menu of pet food via room service, special beds for the furry friends, food bowls, toys and welcome snacks inside guests' rooms. Additionally, the team at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife also offer walking services, spa grooming sessions and pet pedicure services.

The Tenerife Tourism Corporation launches Goio  

Following over four million visits to its website in 2018, the Tenerife Tourism Corporation has launched a chatbot to provide personalised advice to tourists. The virtual assistant, Goio, is available in Spanish and English and can be accessed through the Tenerife Tourism Corporation website, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and Skype.
