Sublimotion the world's first gastronomic performance, located in the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, has opened its doors again with a very special experience that can now be enjoyed until 30 September.

After six seasons offering an unprecedented gastronomic spectacle, chef Paco Roncero, who has two Michelin stars and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory, returns to Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, the Palladium Hotel Group hotel located in Playa d'en Bossa, to present "Sublimotion Limited Edition".

"Sublimotion Limited Edition" has been carefully designed to recreate the evolution of this unique concept over the previous six seasons. It represents a further step in Sublimotion's own innovative staging, which continues to surprise its guests beyond their expectations.

The Limited Edition experience can be enjoyed until September, with a reduced capacity and increased safety measures in place.

Sublimotion presents the first “Cyber-Chef” that interacts with guests 

One of the scenes within Sublimotion's exceptional dining experience will be led by the first Cyber-Chef, a virtual humanoid capable of cooking a sophisticated snack, which guests will be able to enjoy in real time. Diners will be  immersed in a gastronomic video-game, an experience that crosses the bridge between the real and virtual worlds.

The Roncero and Vega Factory teams have worked in collaboration with some of the most influential people within the programming and technology industry. The Ingubu team have worked on the integration and deployment of hardware, software and communications that generate an intuitive experience in which diners will be immersed every night. Meanwhile, the “Raised by Monsters” studio transfer the gestures of Chef Paco Roncero during the preparation of the snack that customers will taste in a digital environment.

For the first time in history, a line is crossed that allows Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza to predict how the dining experiences of the future will evolve.

Sublimotion creates a world-class gastronomic adventure

Sublimotion has a multidisciplinary team made up of great talents from the world of gastronomy, technology, music, illusionism, design, arts and engineering therefore creating a world-class gastronomic adventure.

Sublimotion will also have a new travelling companion for this new season, the Pernord Ricard group, which will provide the opportunity to enjoy some of its most exclusive limited edition products, adding value to this new "Sublimotion Limited Edition" experience.
