Partnering with students from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), the Pullman Melbourne on the Park is set to host a series of pre-concert performances, ahead of a number of major concerts being held in Melbourne's Sport and Entertainment precinct, located right on the hotel's doorstep.

Kicking off on Saturday 3rd December with a Guns N Roses show, VCA student performances, in the hotel's Executive Lounge, will include a nod to the concert being performed just steps from the hotel, yet will feature their own interpretation of classic songs, such as a jazz rendition of Elton John's I'm Still Standing and Billy Joel's Piano Man.

Held in the hotel's Executive Lounge, and available to guests staying in the Executive Rooms and Suites, the student performers include singers, guitarists, a saxophonist and a jazz trio.

Guests will also be offered a concert themed drink on arrival, including a Crocodile Rocktail, an Uptown Girl or a Sweet N Sour Child O Mine, as well as hot and cold canapes, deli items and a selection of cheeses.  Beer, wine and spirits will also be available.

Situated on the 18th floor of the recently renovated hotel, the Executive Lounge boasts sweeping views of Melbourne including the MCG and Rod Laver arena where the main concerts are being held.

The pre-concert series line-up at the Pullman includes student performances of Billy Joel, Elton John, Keith Urban, Ed Sheeran, Florence & The Machine the Backstreet Boys and more.
