Enjoy a luxury hatha yoga retreat with full moon meditation at Villa Rose this summer
A combination of hiking, yoga and mindfulness is a sure way to find inner harmony and balance, and there's no better location to achieve this than in the stunning surroundings of the French Alps. Boutique hotel Villa Rose in the pretty town of Samoëns is now offering luxurious all-inclusive yoga/hiking retreats for all abilities, in partnership with hatha yoga specialist Valentina Panfilio.
Taking the pursuit of balance beyond the mat, Villa Rose's four-day and week-long programmes will enable attendees to immerse themselves in the practice of yoga while surrounded by the majestic but ultimately grounding landscape. One of Europe's most inspirational and knowledgeable instructors, Valentina Panfilio specialises in the hatha yoga teaching method, which aims to align the body and spirit through physical exercise. Each day attendees will enjoy morning and evening yoga classes (both indoors and outdoors), guided walks and hikes, meditation sessions, massages and Chef Dan Bearcroft's fresh, healthy and incredibly moreish cuisine.
Villa Rose's first restorative retreats will take place this summer. A four-day program will run from 28 July to 1 August, while the week long course will take place from 14 to 21 August. Prices are from €604 per person for the four-day programme and €1,054 per person for the week-long week and include half-board accommodation, all tuition and activities. Transportation
Samoëns is just an hour's drive from Geneva airport, which is well served by flights from London and regional airports. British Airways, easyJet, flybe, KLM, Lufthansa and SWISS all fly to Geneva from the UK. Villa Rose can arrange private car transfers from and to the airport.
