� ABTA is the largest travel trade association in the UK and its Members are responsible for the sale of over 90% of overseas package holidays bought in the UK. Travel companies have to prove that they are financially stable. � ABTA Members are also required to follow a strict code of conduct to ensure the highest standards of customer service.

� If a member of the public has a dispute they cannot resolve with an ABTA Member, ABTA provides a low cost, independent arbitration service administered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
