The St Julien Hotel & Spa patio is a gorgeous terrace framed by the cascading Flatirons. Guests of the property, as well as the general public are urged to take advantage of the peaceful retreat while enjoying delectable treats from the fabulous food services of the Jill�s Restaurant and T-Zero Bar & Lounge. Indulge in the signature blackberry martini while watching the sunset; enjoy a quiet, cool Spring evening while enjoying Chef Marco�s famed Organic vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh local mozzarella with basil-infused olive oil and ten-year aged balsamic vinegar; or start your morning off with a cup of organic Allegro coffee (an exclusive St Julien blend) and a bowl of organic granola (provided by local merchant, Fiona).
The abbreviated menu includes the following: ~White cannellini bean soup with Swiss chard, saffron and fresh herbs ~Jill�s organic garden salad of locally farmed baby lettuces, golden and candy beets, Broccolini, cauliflower and balsamic dressing ~Eggless Caesar dressing drizzled over romaine hearts with Focaccia croutons, white anchovies and shaved sweet clover cheese ~Vegetarian chips with Ranch dressing ~Spanakopita, spinach and feta cheese in Phyllo ~Crispy tempura calamari rings, zucchini and carrots with marinara and fresh Wasabi remoulade ~Organic vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh local mozzarella with basil-infused olive oil and ten-year aged balsamic vinegar ~Mini pizza Margherita with vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh local mozzarella, basil and oregano ~St Julien half-pound Angus beef burger with butter lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes and caramelized shallots on a brioche bun ~Jill�s house made vegetarian burger with vine-ripened tomatoes and radish sprouts on a brioche bun.
