As we prepare to move from Winter to Spring, we look forward to some warmth in the air and the opportunity to travel, meet new people and make new memories.
Our crafting holidays are a haven of tranquillity and escapism where you can learn a new skill or take your craft to the next level. With over 40 different crafting breaks, we have a crafting holiday to suit everyone from Sewing, Drawing and Creative Writing to Millinery, Calligraphy and Voice Coaching plus many more.
Crafting and wellness have been so closely linked and as we start to travel again and build up the confidence to get back out there, a crafting holiday at Gartmore House could be exactly what you are looking for.
Nestled within the stunning Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and set within 100 acres of private land, Gartmore House is a beautiful 18th century property and the ideal place to enjoy an art, craft and activity holiday.
Each holiday has been carefully crafted to ensure that whether you are a beginner or a seasoned crafter you will fullfill your aims and goals for the week. That may be to try something completely new, meet new people with similar interests or enhance your skills with a new business in mind.
Your home from home, Gartmore House has 23 en-suite bedrooms in the main house. All our rooms boast traditional Scottish styling with warm, contemporary tones and thoughtful touches that make this perfect place to lay your head. Relax and unwind in comfort.
All art, craft and activity holiday guests and accompanying guests enjoy full board catering. Every day our chef prepares hearty, wholesome meals and delicious home baking using locally sourced fresh produce wherever possible. Enjoy farm-to-table comfort food and a selection of Scottish favourites throughout your stay.
