Fishmore Hall is a Regency-style hotel, owned and run by Acorn Award winner Laura Penman. Laura purchased Fishmore Hall as a derelict property and in 22 weeks transformed it into a boutique 15 bedroom hotel.

Andrew comes from the Michelin starred Montagu Arms in Hampshire where he gained a wealth of experience with famed chef Matthew Tomkinson.Prior to Montagu Arms, Andrew was Senior Sous Chef at Cafe Royal in London, Head Chef of Lower Slaughter Manor in the Cotswolds and Head Chef of the Grange Hotel in York.
