Couran Cove Resort has launched a 10.5m sailing catamaran, SPIRIT OF GWONDA, providing the Gold Coast with a stimulating new day and evening cruise option. Based at Couran Cove Resort�s Marina, the SPIRIT OF GWONDA is available for day tour and private charters.

An introductory Conference/Meeting offer is available now until 30 April, with a complimentary Sunset Broadwater Cruise, (including a 1� hour cocktail party) on the SPIRIT OF GWONDA from Sunday to Thursday for a maximum 30 guests. Conference accommodation is offered for $95.00 per adult per night twin share staying in Marine Resort Deluxe waterfront rooms.

The SPIRIT OF GWONDA was named for the legendary Gwonda, the dolphin icon of the Tjznduwal Nation of South East Queensland. The white-finned Gwonda is an important element of local Aboriginal legend, the spirit of a silver haired warrior who returned to the Moreton Bay region, assisting and aiding the coastal Aborigines in their fishing endeavours.
