During the three-night paella immersion break, guests will be guided through the secrets to making Valencia's famous paellas from start to finish. Local chefs not only teach guests how to make paella with some of the tricks of the trade, but also accompany the small group through the bustling local marketplace teaching guests what and how to buy the best possible produce.

The short break includes a trip to the Valencian countryside to visit a family run bodega where guests take part in a wine tasting and enjoy a rustic meat-based paella. There is of course time to sit back and enjoy a seafood paella by the beach while sipping local speciality horchata, an oddly tasty drink made of tiger nuts.
