December Cheese of the Month
December's cheese of the month is a range of indulgent truffle cheeses, available from now and throughout the whole of December's festivities.
Featured cheeses include rich Gouda Aux Truffes, creamy Brie Aux Truffes and the robust Raclette À La Truffe imported directly from Nancy in France, by sixth-generation family cheese makers Les Frères Marchand. Mac and cheese fans will love December's cheese dish Truffle Gouda & Mushroom Mac & Cheese (HK$128), a mouthwatering winter warmer.
Available at all Classified restaurants (except New World Tower) from 1st to 31st December, enjoy this year's festivities with plenty of fabulous truffle cheeses.
CLASSIFIED ANNOUNCES CHRISTMAS HAMPER COLLECTION 2017
Classified has launched a new range of three gourmet Christmas hampers perfect for this year's festive season.
All I Want for Christmas (HK$2,400) is the perfect party hamper, filled with treats and nibbles ideal for Christmas gatherings with family, friends or colleagues. Including buttery minced pies, festive candied ginger, chocolates and nuts, Moulin Gassac Cabernet Sauvignon and Delamotte Brut Champagne, there's also a mulled wine mix that will make any red wine or cider fantastically festive. Winter Wonderland (HK$990) is a hamper more suited to intimate gatherings at home. Lay on a platter of canapes and a charcuterie using homemade canape pickles, Serrano ham and Manchego cheese, paired with a glass of aromatic mulled wine. The third hamper, Little Drummer Boy (HK$700) is also great for intimate gatherings with those who have a sweet tooth, as snacks include mixed nuts, gingerbread men and chocolate chip cookies to sweeten celebrations.
Classified hampers will be available from 1st December 2017 and can be ordered through http://www.classifiedfood.com, and can also be purchased from any Classified outlets. The Pawn Launches Christmas Menus Ready for the Festive Season
To celebrate the arrival of Christmas, The Pawn is offering a set of new festive menus by Culinary Director Tom Aikens, available throughout December.
The Christmas lunch menu will run for the whole month of December and is great for work Christmas lunches. Prices start at HK$238 for two courses, including bread and butter, and HK$288 for three courses with coffee. Available for lunch from 12:00pm to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Featuring Starters such as warming Parsnip soup with caramelized parsnip, parsnip crisps, Mains such as Sage-brined cod, sweet shallot, cream & chive leeks, and to finish off with either a Pineapple tart tatin, ginger ice-cream or Christmas pudding, rum sauce, brandy butter.
Christmas dinner menus will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas night (Sunday 24th and Monday 25th December). At HK$688 per person, a three-course menu will be served with a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial to toast festivities. Choose from a range of four starters, four mains and four desserts, featuring Christmas delights such as Chestnut risotto, truffle sabayon, sorrel emulsion for starters; Herb-brined breast of turkey, sage stuffing, roasted potatoes, bacon rolls, bread & cranberry sauce for mains; and a sweet ending of Mrs Beeton's snow eggs, honeycomb & blackcurrant compote for dessert.
Let the festivities flow with The Pawn's Free-flow Christmas Champagne Brunch on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Offering two brunch options starting at HK$498, celebrate Christmas in style with free-flow Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial with a Full English breakfast with homemade sausage, black pudding, bacon, fried egg, baked beans, grilled tomato and mushrooms or Brined roast chicken, sorrel, chervil mash. Kids under 12 eat for free*. Available on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December from 12:00pm – 2:30pm.

The Best of British cultural festival returns to Tamar Park from Tuesday 12th to Sunday 17th December, promising food-lovers a delectable feast of traditional and contemporary British dishes created by some of Hong Kong's most renowoned chefs.
The Pawn will be serving a number of quintessentially British dishes from traditional Fish & Chips to Mac & Cheese, which are guaranteed to hit the spot. British dessert lovers won't want to miss the classic sweet treat Eton Mess from Tom Aiken's kitchen.
The Best of British, endorsed by the British Consulate and the British Chamber of Commerce, will feature fabulous aspects of food, film, entertainment and family activities offered by Great Britain. Access to the event will be free of charge.

New Year's Eve at The Pawn
Ring in the New Year at The Pawn on Sunday 31st December, celebrating the end of 2017 in style in a fantastical world of theatrical entertainment.
Featuring a unique night of music, dancing and prize giveaways, The Pawn's Botanicals Bar will be transformed into an extravagant stage for live burlesque dancing, and a live band will perform throughout the night on the third floor rooftop. Enjoy free-flow bubbles, wine, beer, special cocktails and nibbles from 9pm until 1am whilst ringing in 2018.
Tickets are available for purchase on Ticketflap, Pelago and EventBrite. Early bird tickets, priced at HK$688 per person, are available until 24th December. From 25th – 31st December, tickets will be priced at HK$788 per person.
Guests can also enjoy a four-course New Year's Eve dinner by Tom Aikens at the Kitchen, with a feast including starters of House hot smoked salmon, caviar, sour cream & bilinis and Steamed mussels with champagne, shallots, dill & chives. Tuck into Grilled Chateaubriand, wine sauce, ratte potato & truffle mash for mains and finish off your last dinner of the year on a sweet note with a Black sesame macaron with soy milk sorbet.
The dinner will be divided into two seatings priced at HK$688 per person for first seating, and HK$888 per person for second seating, To add three wine pairings and a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, add HK$300 per person.
