Royal Plaza on Scotts

Hop over to Carousel to celebrate Easter on Sunday, 20 April. Spend quality time with loved ones over a sumptuous brunch in Carousel and savour culinary delights such as oven-roasted whole baby lamb, oven-roasted prime ribs with Yorkshire pudding and Jacob potatoes, and baked whole Branzino fish with pesto and root vegetables. Tuck into fresh seafood such as Maine lobsters, spanner crabs, freshly-shucked Canadian oysters and home-smoked salmon gravlax. Put a sweet ending to the meal with traditional Easter fare at the dessert counters such as Simnel cake, carrot cake with cheese frosting, blackcurrant Dundee cake with candied fruits and Easter chocolate orange tarts.

Balloon sculptures and Easter chocolate eggs will be given away to the little ones to spread cheer for the occasion.
