Spectrum Consultants, a leading regional property development, management and hospitality consultancy firm, has announced that it has recently opened a new office in Cairo in a move to tap into the high-growth potential of the Egyptian real estate and hospitality markets. It is the second office for the Dubai-based company, which is also planning to further strengthen its regional presence by opening additional offices in Ras Al Khaimah and Pakistan in the near future.

Spectrum Egypt, which is located in the Maadi area of Cairo, has partnered with Mostafa Abou El Fetouh, the former Chairman of the Egyptian Real Estate Bank, who has been appointed as the Chairman of the Spectrum Egypt Office.

In addition, Spectrum Egypt has teamed up with two Egyptian companies � a real estate agent named Manazel, and a PR and advertising company - to complement the services provided and to ensure the provision of comprehensive services and solutions to Spectrum Egypt�s clients.

Spectrum, which already provides consulting services for several high profile projects in Egypt, aims to develop its portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, leisure and hotel projects in the country by offering premium consultancy services for hotels, real estate developers and investors.
