The speaker line-up has now been finalised for the “hotel marketing event of the year”, the National Hotel Marketing Conference on 28th June, and includes senior marketing managers from the UK’s largest hotel consortium, one of the leading daily deal sites in Europe, one of England’s leading design-led hotels, a former Hilton International Senior Vice-President of Marketing, a former PA to Sir David Frost, and the Hotel Marketing Association’s current Young Marketer of the Year. The event, the seventh since 2004, takes place at the Hilton St George’s Park, the Football Association’s brand new £100m centre of excellence near Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.

The keynote speech at the conference, on “Pushing the Boundaries in Hotel Marketing” will be given by one of the UK’s leading marketers, Mike Ashton. Mike was formerly a Senior Vice-President of Marketing for Hilton Hotels, and now runs Ashton Brand Consulting Group, with some of the country’s leading blue-chip companies as clients.
The Conference is expected to attract up to 200 hotel owners, General Managers and marketing and sales managers, hotel consultants and other marketing suppliers and agencies. It is organised by The Tourism Business, in partnership with the Hotel Marketing Association and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
