Who would have thought that test driving spas would be hard work? (Hmm, money for jam we hear you sigh.) Ask Kathryn Colligon - who gave up a successful City recruitment career to launch Spabreak UK.
�Like every woman, I often needed spa treatments to de-stress. But finding the right escape at short notice was too complicated. What was missing was a specialist company offering free and friendly advice. So I set one up myself.�
Starting off in a converted watermill in Surrey, juggling work with two young children was not a breeze either. But three years later, Spabreak UK has become the UK�s leading spa booking agent, and turnover has topped �3m.

Kathryn lives with her husband Ian and young two children Romany and Katia in Oxted, Surrey. Spabreak UK is a specialist company offering independent advice and booking service on a range of spa hotels across the United Kingdom.
Kathryn runs it with her team in Coltsford Mill, who field calls all day with spa enquiries, mostly via the website, www.spabreak.co.uk
It�s hard work satisfying today�s demanding spa customer, but the company�s ethos is to provide high levels of customer service, and not charging any more than it would to book direct. Turnover is in the region of �3m.
