With everything arranged ahead of arrival, and facilitated throughout the stay, the Carligto host takes the uncertainty, worry and hassle out of traveling abroad for those seeking the immersive experience of a lifetime with safety and security. The language barrier falls, an on call American GP ensures quick and reliable assistance, and a network of service providers offer personal pampering on-site as well as private guidance in the locale, including to such famed UNESCO sites as the Alhambra in Granada and the Mezquita in Cordoba.

Pre-arrival planning includes advice and assistance with health care provisions, insurances, a customized itinerary and ongoing consultation. During the stay, guests enjoy the stability and ease of knowing that their host will address any difficulties while executing their well planned itinerary, even when that involves preserving undisturbed rest and relaxation at the estate or, in fact, satisfying the whims of the guests as their desires develop day by day.

The hosts can accommodate virtually any request, and specific packages will depend on individual wishes, but may include such things as tapas tours and additional private chef service including from a Michelin rated chef, daily breakfast service, olive mill tours and oil tastings, in-house beauty and spa treatments, a weekly Spanish language tutor, secluded beach excursions and yachting, guided treks in the adjacent mountain nature park, museum tours, and water sports or other adventure sports. The ten acre estate comprises not just the characterful Cortijo El Carligto, sleeping up to eight people, but also a companion property sleeping up to six: the Hunting Lodge, with its more contemporary and bohemian appeal. Here guests have the flexibility to accommodate varying group sizes, all of which can be equally attended and individually satisfied.  Additionally, the owners manage a small and exclusive portfolio of other nearby luxury villas at which they can also deliver the “snowbird” package for groups of friends who like to travel together, but with their own private space.
