Apple Apartments, a UK-based serviced apartments provider, has recently announced the roll out of their new corporate programme for SMEs (small to medium enterprises).

The programme allows for corporate travellers to receive preferential rates of up to 25% off public rates as well as flexible cancellation terms and other exclusive benefits.

Named the Apple 21 Club for the minimum discount the traveller receives of 21%, the new programme operates through an online portal where, once qualified, a unique corporate code is given to the company in order to book apartments directly on the Apple Apartments website.

The programme is valid at Apple Apartments locations in London and Beflast and there is no financial obligation to join. The apartment provider simply asks for each company to produce a minimum of 90 room nights per year across any properties.

The rapidly growing UK serviced apartments provider has grown tenfold since it began trading approximately three years ago. In the past year, they have opened locations in High Street Kensington, Paddington and Hyde Park with plans to announce further property openings this summer.

Apple Apartments currently offers corporate housing in London, Belfast and Aberdeen with plans to expand to Cambridge and Edinburgh as well as internationally to New York City.
