Since the 1970s the Ski Club's own holiday programme has featured skiing weeks and weekends providing inspirational group holidays that match skiers of a similar ability, using only the best instructors and mountain guides.
Mountain Tracks, set up by Nick Parks in 2000, have also focused since inception on delivering outstanding mountain experiences to help each individual achieve their personal goals off piste.
“The two companies will continue to operate under their respective brand names as continuity is important to all of our customers” commented Frank McCusker, CE, Ski Club of Great Britain.
“Our members now have even more opportunity to experience truly unique adventures on snow. Members on a Mountain Tracks or Ski Club Freshtracks holiday have access to the most highly respected and qualified IFMGA* mountain guides and instructors.
As we continue to grow our philosophy remains: great experiences for our members with small group sizes and low member to guide ratios. Whether you ski with our guides or instructors a Ski Club holiday will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to take on the mountain,” added Frank.
“This is a really exciting development for Mountain Tracks, I believe our winter programme ideally complements Ski Club Freshtracks's and gives us the opportunity to offer our customers new adventures both in summer and winter” added Nick Parks from Mountain Tracks.
The expanded holiday programme will increase the overall offering of off piste and ski touring experiences whilst continuing to run and develop an extensive on piste programme including instruction holidays and action packed development weeks skiing.
