Sirromet Wines Cellar Door has been named Star Cellar Door in Brisbane, in Gourmet Traveller WINE's annual Cellar Door Awards.
Australia's leading wine writers, including Mike Bennie, Peter Bourne, Tyson Stelzer, Peter Forrestal, David Brookes, Jeni Port and Ken Gargett, traversed the country to check in on every wine region and determine the star cellar doors, best small and large cellar doors, best tasting experiences and who serves the finest food in Australia's diverse and evolving wine scene.
Establishments are judged on the quality of wine, staff knowledge and service, stemware, food, atmosphere, venue, location and how these factors combine for the complete experience. “We are humbled to be recognised as one of Australia's best Cellar Doors and strive to offer customers the complete winery experience” said Terry Morris, Owner and Founder of Sirromet Wines.
