Singita is pleased to welcome Sharon Pan as Sales Manager for Mainland China. Sharon started her new role on the 1st of February, and her appointment follows that of Singita's new Sales Manager for South East Asia last month.
After completing a master's degree Sharon started her career in Finance, but soon found that she had a passion for the travel and tourism industry. She then worked for two years at Utour Magic Travel, a high-end African tour operator – as Director of their Bespoke division.
Following that, Sharon joined Aman Resorts as Regional Sales Manager in 2017, where she was responsible for sales in Northern China for all 31 of the group's hotels, and built increased brand awareness and revenues in just under three years.
“With her in-depth destination knowledge and love for luxury hotels, Sharon brings a dynamic mix of expertise and talent to our global sales team and we are excited to start working together in this rapidly growing market,” said Caroline Burke, Singita's GM: Business Development.
Sharon is based in Beijing, China, and will represent Singita exclusively in the region.
