Singapore, February 26, 2009 � At the opening of the first ibis hotel in Singapore, today (ibis Singapore on Bencoolen), Accor announced the development of a second ibis for the city state � ibis Singapore Novena.

Located on Balestier Road, the hotel is located a few minutes walk to Novena MRT (subway) which is two stops from the city centre shopping of Orchard road, surrounded by some of Singapore�s major medical facilities and well known eateries � in a city famous for its multi cultural and outdoor dining.

The hotel owned by Cockpit International will consist of 241 guest rooms and �its all about TASTE� Restaurant � a signature dining concept of ibis hotels. Cockpit International have had an association with the ibis hotel brand since 1997 when they acquired ibis London Earls Court.
