Celebrate Singapore's birthday in style with Executive Chef Paul's much-loved Tok Panjang buffet, feasting on lip-smacking Straits Chinese dishes like King Crab "Bakwan Kepiting" (Braised Pork Dumpling Soup with Fresh Crabmeat, Bamboo Shoots and Mushrooms), Lembu Rendang (Slow-cooked Australian Beef Cheek Rendang with Nonya Spices), Babi Pongteh (Braised Pork Belly with Fermented Beans), Ikan Kuah Lada (Atlantic Pomfret and Brinjal with Tumeric and Peppercorn Gravy) and traditional Ayam Buah Keluak (Braised Chicken with Indonesian Black Nut). Dressed up to amaze, the Nonya Laksa with Boston Lobster and Candlenut Pesto, Black Cod Fish Otah Otah and the Langoustine Kueh Pie Tee pleases even the most discerning.

 

Chef Paul has also specially added 10 Must Try local delights to the extensive buffet spread in tribute to our National Day. Tuck into Stir-fried Black Carrot Cake, Oyster Omelette, Satay Bakar, Bak Kut Teh, Char Kway Teow, Stir-fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles, Chicken Rice, Black Pepper Crabs, Curry Fish Head and Sambal Stingray with Cincalok!
