SilverNeedle Hospitality announced the appointment of its new Executive Vice President, Hotel Operations Andrew Turner today. Mr Turner will lead SilverNeedle Hospitality's vision of being best in class in Hotel Management ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction for the complete portfolio of brands across the regions in which the organization operates. In doing so, he will lead the hotel operations function which also includes sales and marketing, procurement, pre opening, operational training and revenue and distribution management of all SilverNeedle Hospitality's brands. SilverNeedle Hospitality currently manages over 4,000 keys and 65 hotels in the Asia-Pacific region under five distinct brands. The organization aims to expand its network of managed properties throughout the Asia Pacific region with Mr. Turner at the helm.

Mr. Turner comes to us with over 35 years of experience and is a veteran of the hospitality and property industries.  

He has contributed significantly to Mirvac Hotels & Resorts. A top 50 ASX company with a presence across the investment, development and hotel management spectrum where, as CEO for 14 years, he was instrumental in ensuring the profitable operation of the company. Andrew grew the business from 7 properties under management with assets valued at $150 million to 48 properties under management with assets valued at $1.8 billion. He has held key positions in organisations like Hamilton Island Enterprises, Viva! Holidays, Sydney and Page & Moy SARL, France. Mr. Turner has a proven track record in building new brands, developing engaged workforces and delivering superior customer satisfaction.
