The upper floor is home to a large open-plan living area comprising a lounge, dining room and kitchen, in addition to a billiard room and shower room. This spacious area is bright and airy, opening out onto an expansive balcony which peers across the rooftops of historical Syracuse and the vast blue of the sea – the ideal setting for an al fresco evening meal.

Styled with classic and modern touches and, although slightly smaller than its sister apartment, is nonetheless light and spacious with two double bedrooms and two small balconies offering views out over the city and the sea.
