BIG4 Sunshine South West Rocks Holiday Park is excited to announce “Shipwreck Island”, the latest addition to their range of fantasy attractions for families and children, has officially opened.

As the park's most exciting project to date, a replica tall ship is now the centrepiece of Shipwreck Island featuring a lagoon-style pool, a skull cave, rock waterfall, water cannons, an array of slides and two crows nests.

BIG4 Sunshine South West Rocks CEO, Tony Mayne, says he's thrilled holiday-making families can now enjoy a truly magical experience at Shipwreck Island this summer. 

“We are so excited that Shipwreck Island has opened, the end result is sensational. The kids are going nuts exploring the ship, skull cave and surrounds. We've created a unique attraction which satisfies the sense of adventure in all kids 12 and under as they live out their fantasies as a pirate, mermaid, explorer or whatever character they choose. With camping, caravan sites and cabin accommodation still available at BIG4 Sunshine Southwest Rocks from mid-January through February, Tony and the team are keen for last minute holiday-makers to immerse themselves in the magic Shipwreck Island brings to the park.
