Appointed as Training & Development Manager at the Sheraton Hong Kong, Ms. Helena Chow is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to staff from all levels.
After obtaining a bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Wisconsin and MBA from Temple University in the United States, Helena has developed her career in the hospitality industry in the United States and Hong Kong. With over nine years of experience in guest relations and training, prior to joining us, she was Assistant Manager in Training with the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong responsible for planning, developing and implementing training programs for various aspects such as leadership, culture, language, etiquette and customer service skills training.
Helena brings with her a wealth of experience in training to us. Her appointment as Training & Development Manager shall bring great value to the growth and development of the Sheraton Hong Kong and its core Sheraton brand value of Warmth, Comforting and Connecting.
