�Share in the spirit� of Dublin, Ohio�s Irish legacy by attending the Dublin Irish Festival�an annual celebration recognized as one of the nation�s premier festivals of its kind. The three-day event, traditionally held during the first full weekend in August, brings some of the world�s top Irish dancers, musicians and artisans, as well as an astounding array of Irish food and spirits, to the heart of the Midwest.

Set on more than 20 rolling acres, the Dublin Irish Festival is a tradition that offers continuous Irish music on six stages, Irish dancing, cultural exhibits and workshops, a Spoken Word Tent (featuring stories and tales of the Emerald Isle), an Irish Marketplace with traditional Irish wares, a �Wee Folk� area featuring children�s entertainment and activities, Sunday masses in Gaelic and English, plus much more.

Families enjoy seeing Irish artisans, musicians, and crafts people bring creativity and culture to life. Irish music fans can enjoy performances by internationally acclaimed bands that have included Gaelic Storm and the Prodigals, as well as entertainment by many regional and local musicians.

The Dublin Irish Festival has experienced a 700 percent increase in attendance over the past eight years, drawing more than 75,000 visitors in 2003. The event attracts an audience of families, young adults, visitors and those with an interest in Irish heritage.

Located in central Ohio just north of Columbus, Dublin offers visitors a choice of 14 hotels and nearly 2,000 hotel rooms, in a safe, suburban setting that is easily accessible from the Columbus outer belt.

Festival hours are: Friday 5 p.m. � midnight; Saturday 10 a.m.- midnight; Sunday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Parking is free with shuttle service to and from the Festival from select lots.
