A Handcrafted Epicurean Journey of Italian Cheeses
5-Course Degustation Journey $88++ per person | $148++ per person with wine pairing

Exclusively from 15th September to 15th October, LaBrezza pays tribute to Italy with a 5-course degustation journey featuring cheeses from some of the nation's oldest regions. Crafted with utmost care under the most ideal conditions, these cheeses were selected from one of Italy's premier cheese refiners with more than a century of experience.

Beginning the northern region of Piedmont is a Goat Cheese and Fresh Herb Mousse with Vegetable Tartare, Lemon Citronette and Beer-battered Fried Zucchini Blossom. Showcasing the Lombardy region is a Grana Padano Fondant, with Fava Beans, Green Asparagus, Balsamic Vinegar and Crispy Leeks. Next, relish in a delightful Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with Roman Pecorino Cheese, freshly ground Black Pepper and Roasted Pumpkin, followed by a perfectly Char-grilled Beef Striploin paired with Tomato and Oregano Sauce, Black Olives, Capers and Eggplant Parmigiana with Mozzarella from Campania. Finally, relish in a Crunchy Cannoli filled with Sicilian Ricotta, Pistachio Ice Cream and Orange Crème Anglaise.

Cheese connoisseurs can indulge in this epicurean fare at $88++ per person, or with wine pairing option at $148++ per person. They can also enjoy each expertly-prepared dish as à la carte selections.
