On Saturday 19th March 2016 these eight Michelin-trained chefs, members of the International Disciples Escoffier, will create one course each with their culinary efforts complemented by French themed entertainment including a classic Moulin Rouge-style show and Parisian mime.

The Eight Course Menu Consists of:
- Smoked salmon macaroon with fennel and apple slaw
- Tequila ceviche scallop ravioli with sea urchin and hibiscus
- Pan seared foiegras, infused griottes, elderflowers and hazelnuts
- Squid ink risotto with scallop and saffron sauce
- Egg parfait with 'Pointu Broth'
- Lobster tail sous vide and tarragon butter
- Confit, M6 Australian wagyu sirloin, ginger chips, purple mustard
- 'Baba au Rhum' vanilla cream fruit, pineapple sorbet
THE PACKAGE: Imperial Springs has created a special three-night, 18th – 21st March package for British guests priced at £1,380 per person which includes:
- Three-nights accommodation in a Deluxe Room on a half board basis
- Escoffier French Night Dinner on 19th March
- Complimentary airport-hotel transfers
- 30-minute Chinese massage
- A round of golf
- This price does not include international flights.
ABOUT IMPERIAL SPRINGS:

THE CHEFS & THEIR DISHES:
With over 20 years experience, award winning DAVID JEAN MARTEAU has been inducted into the prestigious Culinary Hall of Fame. David will be making: Amuse Bouche – smoked salmon macaroon with fennel and apple slaw.
Having won many awards and having worked all over the world, EMMANUEL SOULIERE is currently Executive Chef at the Conrad Macau. He will be making: Starter – tequila ceviche scallop ravioli with sea urchin and hibiscus.
Based in Bangkok, RAPHAEL KINIMO has been mentored and has worked in the kitchens of many famous chefs including Michelin-star supremos Joel Robuchon and Marc Veyrat. He will be making: Appetizer: pan seared foiegras, infused griottes, elderflowers and hazelnuts.
LILY LIU already has many awards under her apron, the most recent being named Best Western Chef Cooking in China 2013. She will be making: Risotto: squid ink risotto with scallop and saffron sauce.
ALEXIS TONARD has trained with many Michelin starred chefs in France including Chef Alain Dutournier. He is currently Executive Chef of 'Potel and Chabot'. He will be making: Soup: egg parfait with 'Pointu Broth'.
Imperial Springs' own Executive Chef, TIMOTHY GODDARD has impeccable Michelin training and experience which includes working for Michel Roux and White House Executive Chef Walter Scheib. He will be making: Lobster: lobster tail sous vide and tarragon butter.
Born and raised in France, LOUIS JAMES STEVENSON has worked alongside many Michelin chefs including one of the most famous in France, Philippe Etchebest. He will be making: Meat: conftt, M6 Australian wagyu sirloin, ginger chips, purple mustard.
BERTRAND DUCAUROY is renowned as one of the world's top pastry chefs and can claim Alain Ducasse as one of his mentors. He will be making: Dessert: 'Baba au Rhum' vanilla cream fruit, pineapple sorbet.
