STREAMSONG, FLORIDA – Wine enthusiasts in central Florida can indulge their inner sommeliers this December at Streamsong® Resort. The luxury resort will be showcasing award-winning wines from JUSTIN Winery and Landmark Vineyards at its much anticipated Streamsong Wine Dinner Experience.
On Thursday, December 8, 2016, wine lovers are invited to join Streamsong Resort, Chef Michael Ford and representatives from JUSTIN and Landmark for a five-course wine pairing dinner. With authentic representations of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Sonoma and exciting Bordeaux blends from the rising Paso Robles region, guests' palates will be tantalized as they experience the elevation of culinary experiences when wine and cuisine are perfectly matched.
“We are so excited to be able to work with these two wonderful wine producers,” said Executive Chef Michael Ford. “The varietals they produce give our culinary team the freedom to create some truly unique and imaginative dishes. The cuisine and the wine will mutually elevate each other, and we're thrilled to be able to share that experience with our guests.”
The reception begins at 6:30 p.m. with seating for dinner promptly following at 7:00 p.m. The experience costs $165 per person, tax and gratuity included. Guests can add an overnight stay at the resort for just $100 and enjoy luxury guestroom accommodations in the lakeside Lodge, a complimentary resort fee, confirmed late checkout and a 15 percent discount on all spa services or recreation including sporting clays, guided bass fishing and archery.
