the Sarojin Introduces Lotus Pathway to Sleep

The Sarojin

With sleep tourism continuing to rise, The Sarojin has introduced Lotus Pathway to Sleep, a new signature spa experience designed to promote deep relaxation, restorative rest and overall wellbeing.

Thoughtfully created by the expert team at the award-winning Pathways Spa, the treatment harnesses the long-celebrated calming and restorative properties of the lotus flower, which blooms throughout the resort's lush tranquil gardens and serene lotus pond.

The 120-minute treatment starts with a warm lotus milk-infused bath enriched with Himalayan salts to soften the skin, relax muscles and prepare the body for deep rest.  This is followed by a nourishing lotus body scrub blending together lotus, coconut and almond oils with delicate citrus notes to gently exfoliate, purify and restore natural radiance to the skin. Guests are then treated to a relaxing 60-minute aromatherapy massage choosing from one of The Sarojin's signature essential oil blends featuring lavender, cedarwood, lemongrass, plai and ylang ylang, carefully combined to ease tension, quieten the mind and encourage deep relaxation. The treatment finishes with a calming lotus flower tea and delicate Thai sweets, leaving guests feeling refreshed, balanced and deeply restored.

Nestled within the resort's tranquil natural surroundings, Pathways Spa offers the perfect setting to restore balance and wellbeing. Immersed amongst the mangroves and lush tropical greenery, and gently accompanied by the lullaby of birdsong and the ocean beyond, nature creates its own soothing “sound bath” to calm the soul. Here, guests are invited to reconnect, unwind and embrace a slower pace amidst the gentle rhythms of the tropics.

Beyond the spa, guests can enjoy peaceful beach walks, stroll thought the resort's lush gardens, start their day unhurried with all-day à la carte breakfast served until 6pm and discover meaningful experiences exploring the surrounding national parks and local community initiatives.

Combining the healing effects of nature, traditional Thai wellness practices and the serene atmosphere of The Sarojin itself, Lotus Pathway to Sleep offers guests an opportunity to pause, unwind and rediscover the luxury of true rest.

About The Sarojin

The Sarojin is beautifully set on an 11km stretch of secluded white sand beach in Khao Lak, just a 55-minute drive north of Phuket Airport and is surrounded by five spectacular national parks and the world-famous dive sites of the Similan and Surin Islands. Designed in a contemporary Asian style, the five-star resort's 56 deluxe residences are nestled within ten acres of tropical grounds leading directly onto the beachfront. Each guest room features its own private garden and “sala” sundeck, couples' baths with waterfall showers, and plunge and relaxation pools that blend into the natural habitat. Other facilities include an attentive “Imagineer” who can create tailor-made experiences for hotel guests, an idyllic resort pool, a rejuvenating spa integrated with nature and complimentary use of a fully equipped fitness centre, mountain bikes, sailing catamarans, sailboats, sea kayaks and windsurfing boards. Tranquillity is guaranteed as no children under the age of 10 are permitted to stay at The Sarojin.

The Sarojin has been honoured by The MICHELIN Guide Thailand with the prestigious MICHELIN Two Key distinction, a recognition reserved for hotels that deliver “an exceptional stay.” In addition, the resort has also been acknowledged by the MICHELIN restaurant guide for its fine dining excellence, awarded to establishments that consistently demonstrate the highest quality of ingredients, mastery of flavour and technique, value for money, and a distinctive expression of the chef's culinary vision.

The Sarojin Community Care Fund

Established in December 2004 The Sarojin Community Care Fund, which was initially set up to help rebuild the communities surrounding our resort in the wake of the devastating 26 December tsunami, continues to contribute to several worthy local projects in Khao Lak. From providing medical provision for prosthetic limbs and supporting local orphanages with childcare to building school classrooms, roads and covering the cost of a full-time veterinary surgeon to care for the local wildlife, there's such a huge variety of ways The Sarojin's fund gives back to those closest to the resort. Guests are encouraged to donate to the fund during their stay, with 100% of the money raised distributed to local community projects and can join The Sarojin team on regular excursions and volunteer days in the local community, combining their luxurious escape with a sense of giving back and helping the local community during their time in Khao Lak.
