Prior to joining the Santhiya team eight months ago, Danny was involved in successfully directing the National Leisure Department within Hilton�s National Sales Office (Thailand). Santhiya has benefited greatly from his strong leadership qualities and his extensive experience in sales and marketing since joining the company. The promotion of Danny to Deputy Managing Director will enable him to focus on further developing the offering at Santhiya, striving for a level of excellence unrivalled on the island.

Santhiya�s team is set to benefit further from the appointment of Mr Chakrapong Paladsongkram as General Manager. With over 25 years of managerial experience in five different countries, across three continents, his experience includes managing the exclusive Santiburi Resort and Bophut Resorts on Koh Samui, as well as managerial roles at the Dusit Thani in Bangkok, Santiburi Dusit Resort, Koh Smaui and the Dusit Dubai Hotel. An entrepreneur and a skilled coach, Khun Chakrapong is able to get the best out of his team through visionary leadership and support.
