(Macao, Nov. 20, 2019) – Sands Shoppes Macao has recognised and rewarded its top retailers for their commitment, service excellence and outstanding performance throughout 2019 at the fifth Sands Retail Awards ceremony which took place at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip, on Nov. 19.

Hosted in conjunction with the eighth Sands Retail Academy Graduation Ceremony, awards were presented to the highest achievers across 13 categories. These included Best Store Performance; Best Loyalty Program Performance; Best Window Display; Best Store Design; Best Customer Service; and Rising Star.

Based on the assessment of performance, overall shop presentation and customer service throughout the year, 13 winners were singled out for accolades.
