Special Anniversary Menus

Enjoy limited-edition menus at superb prices* from April 29 to May 31 at all Sands Macao restaurants. To help celebrate nine fabulous years, each restaurant has created a distinctive menu of nine mouth-watering and innovative dishes. 

 

Copa Steakhouse

Hong Kong and Macao's premium steakhouse offers a succulent selection of excellent dishes to satisfy steak and seafood lovers starting at just MOP 79 per dish, including a French foie gras (artistic) terrine with strawberry sauce, a nine-hour sous vide grilled Australian wagyu flat iron steak and a nine-flavour parfait with warm chestnut mango strudel designed by in-house pastry chef Yu Sai Keung.

 

Golden Court

Enjoy the comfortable and relaxing dining experience of Golden Court with nine specially created lobster dishes during the month of May, including: chilled whole Boston lobster in "Chiu Chow" style, braised bird's nest with Boston lobster and egg white, and Boston lobster with XO chilli sauce.

 

888 Gourmet Place

A delectable buffet menu offers a wide selection of tempting dishes including citrus-cured salmon; roast Canadian prime rib with beef jus and mustard; a chilled seafood counter featuring New Zealand mussels, U.S. oysters, French crab and much more; and ice Vodka jelly with Griottines cherries - all for just MOP 258 (children eat for MOP 207).

 

At 888 Food Court, it's all about the number nine this year: nine mixed sashimi; nine spicy curry chicken ginger pot rice; nine basil crispy fried prawns by their Master Thai Chef; and a ninth anniversary seafood hotpot.

 

Moonlight Noodle House
