I will be doing a series of street market blogs for Qype in June and want to run a piece about restaurants within old market precincts such as Portobello, Borough, Smithfield, Spitalfield, and others.
I am interested in talking with any restauranteurs who have started up restaurants within the markets about issues relevant to street market and food sustainability.
Qype is an online network that was started in 2005. At present abou6 6,000 towns and cities across Europe are within its remit, and they estimate their viewing figures are about 7 million per month.
