Japanese Chef Masahiko Noka from Kyoto, Japan, has designed a lavish sakura meal for diners to experience a sakura enchantment at Sagano. The highlight of the exquisite set lunch is the Assorted Seasonal Appetisers, including 10 kinds of petite Japanese offerings such as Grilled Silver Cod with Miso Paste, Grilled Egg Rolls, Mini Glutinous Rice Dumplings, Toyama Squid with Sour Miso Paste, Grilled Beef, Zuwai Crabmeat in Vinegar Sauce, Herring Fish Roe and more. The Sakura Set Lunch also comes with Assorted Sashimi, including Yellowtail, Salmon and Sweet Shrimp, Assorted Tempura and Salmon Roe on Rice with Miso Soup. Desserts include home-made Sakura Pudding and Sakura Ice Cream using real sakura leaves from Japan to tantalise diners' palates with the unique aroma.
