Australian media outlets are invited to tell the ROYAL STORY OF CANADA. Reveal why the Royal Family love these special destinations in British Columbia and Yukon Territory and how Australian travellers can plan their own 'royal tour'.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children, George and Charlotte, will visit five communities in British Columbia – Victoria, Vancouver, Haida Gwaii, Bella Bella, and Kelowna, and two communities in Yukon Territory – Whitehorse and Carcross from 24 September to 1 October 2016. This will be the children's first visit to Canada, while it is the second Royal Tour of Canada undertaken by Their Royal Highnesses. The tour includes visits with Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, and the Canadian Governor General.
A collection of rights-free, ready-to-use photographs and video b-roll is available from Destination Canada, showcasing the rich tourism experiences in these regions. These assets will be updated daily as the tour progresses.
