Royal Plaza on Scotts (RP) continues to be recognised for its excellence in delivering quality service in the hospitality and tourism industry, with its seventh "Best Independent Hotel" award at the prestigious 24th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2013.

 

Winners of the various award categories were voted by a panel compromising of Asia Pacific's most prominent travel suppliers and TTG readers across the region. Votes were casted for the best based on services and facilities, range of value-added benefits and most professional sales and marketing team.

 

"We are very honoured to be receiving this award once again," said Mr Patrick Fiat, General Manager of RP. "This is a great reaffirmation of our efforts to constantly make improvements and raise the bar for service standards," he added.

 

The hotel strives to outdo itself every year by actively listening to the voice of customer and thereafter enhancing guests' experiences with innovative ideas. All departments and the General Manager are deeply involved in the development and implementation of initiatives that are derived from weekly reviews of guest feedback. The adept sales team also continually creates extraordinary experiences for customers through creative ideas and servicing.
