Royal Plaza on Scotts (RP) and 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences (8oC) have been recognised as “Luxury Hotel” and “Luxury Serviced Residences” respectively at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2014. Both properties are proud to be the country winners for the two awards.

The World Luxury Hotel Awards is a recognised global organisation providing luxury hotels with recognition for their world class facilities and service excellence provided to guests.

Voting is based on the exceptional facilities available in the property and unsurpassed service excellence. Nominated hotels also received a visit by a mystery shopper to assess the condition and service quality of the hotel.

Other accolades RP has won include 'Best Independent Hotel' for 8 consecutive years from 2007 to 2014 in the Annual TTG Travel Awards, 'TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice' in 2012 and 2013 by TripAdvisor, 'Singapore Green Hotel Award' in 2013, 2011 and 2009 by Singapore Hotel Association. Both RP and 8oC are also awarded 'Certificate of Excellence' in 2014 by TripAdvisor.
