The World Travel Awards 2006 were hosted in the Turks & Caicos on Wednesday 20th September and attended by a great number of worldwide tourism professionals and members of the media as well as being broadcast by BBC World. This year�s voting reached 167,000 with travel professionals voting for hotels, resorts and travel organisations from around the world.
