Notes; The Rosevine is a boutique hideaway on the coast near Portscatho in Cornwall. It provides a different kind of holiday experience which blurs the boundaries between boutique hotel and self-catering.
Its 12 apartment-style rooms and suites come with open plan mini-kitchen and living area and most have a balcony or private garden terrace to enjoy sea views, whilst downstairs there are comfortable spaces to socialise in; a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, grown-up's drawing room and children's play room. The chef takes inspiration for his modern country cooking from the Rosevine's beachside location and merges this with local ingredients to produce delicious authentic dishes.
