Learn the Japanese Art of Preserved Floral Arrangement at NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong

Sunday, February 1st & 8th and Saturday, February 14th (10:30am – 2:30pm)

Planning to give your loved one flowers on Valentine's Day? Why not make him or her a special floral gift that will last much longer than a bouquet of flowers? On Sunday, February 1st and 8th and Saturday, February 14th  NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong presents special Preserved Floral Arrangement Classes with Naomi Suzuki 鈴木直美, a Japanese floral designer and owner of “With Love - Preserved Flower Arrangements”. (www.withlove.com.hk / Facebook.com/withlovehk)

Preserved flowers are live flowers that are preserved through a special organic chemical process, and do not require watering. They are fresh and soft in texture like freshly cut flowers, but unlike fresh flowers, they last a long time.

Learn this unique floral art form with Naomi, who studied preserved floral arrangement techniques in both Japan and Hong Kong and now conducts private classes. Naomi also works with corporate clients and collaborates with wedding couples for bridal floral design.

At the Preserved Flower Classes Naomi will teach you how to make your own unique preserved floral arrangement of roses in a gift box. Classes include all flowers, decorations and a special gift case (17cm X 17 cm X 8cm).

The class includes a light breakfast with coffee and pastries and following the class, a 6-course NOBU lunch inclusive of soft drinks. The class price on February 1st & 8th is HK$1,488+10% service per person inclusive of a 6-course Omakase lunch menu (with a glass of Champagne or wine). The price on Sat, February 14th is HK$1,688 + 10% service inclusive of an 8-course Omakase lunch with a glass of Champagne (and juice or soft drink). For an additional HK$800 + 10% service, invite your loved one to join you for the NOBU lunch on February 14th and present your floral arrangement to him / her then! (Classes are limited to eight persons.)

Alternatively, our team at NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong will be happy to store your preserved floral arrangements which you can then present to your loved one when returning for lunch or dinner on Valentine's Day, (Class participants will receive a 10% discount offer on food consumption on Valentine's Dinner on February 14th for up to 12 persons.)
