Awarded 1-Michelin star by the 2020 MICHELIN Guide, Rech by Alain Ducasse showcases the freshest fish and oysters direct from France. If you love fresh seafood, you'll adore Rech. With its spectacular harbourviews, Rech is the ideal venue for a romantic Valentine's Dinner which is sure to impress.
Executive Chef Guillaume Katola has created a 6-course Valentine's Day menu priced at HK$2,988 for 2 persons, with wine-pairing for an additional HK$688 per person.
The menu begins with a Seafood platter to share Next is Raw and Cooked Langoustines in Ginger Broth, followed by John Dory, Leeks, Osetra caviar and Champagne sauce and then Braised Beef Short Ribs with carrots and chicory.
Pastry Chef Gary Wong has created a pre-dessert of Strawberry and Yuzu Composition (Fresh, confit, and sorbet of Japanese strawberries with yuzu cream and crunchy meringue). Finally indulge in his/her desserts created with Chocolate from Alain Ducasse's Manufacture in Paris: For Her: Vanilla Cream, Flourless Chocolate Sponge and Raspberry in a Dark Chocolate Shell, served with Raspberry Juice; For Him: Milk Chocolate Cream, Crunchy Hazelnut Sponge and Toffee in a Dark Chocolate Shell, served with Warm Salted Caramel Sauce.

NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong will celebrate Valentine's Day with a special 8-course Omakase Valentine's Day Dinner at HK$3,288 for 2 persons. As per Nobu Matsuhisa, “I always put something special in my food – my heart or 'kokoro', as we call it in Japanese.”
The menu starts with dishes by Executive Sushi Chef Satoru Hashimoto including Hirame Tomato Tosazu with Caviar; Toro Sashimi, Avocado Mousse Ume Sauce, followed by an Exclusive Sushi Selection.
Executive Chef Rhys Cattermoul's hot dishes include Monkfish, Goji Berry Miso, followed by Kegani Harumaki, Red Jalapeno Sauce and Wagyu Sukiyaki with Truffle. Next is Vegetable Miso Soup. For a sweet finish, NOBU Pastry Chef Joanna Yuen (Hong Kong Tatler's Pastry Chef of the Year) is creating a Valentine's Delight.

For a “hearty” meal, THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill presents a 4-course dinner menu by Chef Chiu Ming Chan at HK$1,538 per person.
The special menu begins with the “Lovers' Salad Bar” which includes Royal Smoked Salmon, Duck Foie Gras Terrine and Ham and French Cheese Platters. Next “for Her” is Black Truffle Cream Soup and “for Him”: Sicilian Red Prawn Bisque. From the Charcoal Grill for the main course there is a choice of USDA Petit Filet Mignon (6oz), USDA Striploin (10oz), US Rib Eye (12oz) or Chilean Sea Bass (10oz) – all served with a bacon wrapped Potato Rose, Mimosa Cauliflower, Broccolini and Honey Glazed Young Beetroot.
Guests can upgrade their beef selections from our Charcoal Grill with Australian Grade 9 Wagyu Rib Eye (9 oz) for an additional HK$880 or Japanese A5 Miyazaki Tenderloin (6 oz) or Striploin (8oz) for an additional HK$1,180.
For dessert, InterContinental Hong Kong's Executive Pastry Chef Christian Gonthier is preparing an Instagrammable 'Sweet Heart” dessert comprised of Matcha Sponge with White Chocolate and Candied Ginger Mousse, Hibiscus Jelly, Rhubarb and Strawberry Condiment.

With its dramatic panoramic harbourview, the Lobby Lounge offers a romantic option for Valentine's Day Dinner. Enjoy a 3-course menu at HK$1,999 for 2 persons inclusive of two glasses of Barons de Rothchild Champagne. The menu by Executive Chef Maxime Luvara features a starter of Spanish Red Prawn and Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio with Kaluga Caviar, Poached Lobster with Hawthorn Balsamic Foam. For the main course - Australian Wagyu M9 Striploin, Foie Gras Coulis with Port Wine Jus, served with Crispy Black Truffle and Pumpkin Croquette.

Our 1-MICHELIN Star Cantonese Restaurant Yan Toh Heen presents an 8-course set menu at HK$1,688 per person (for a minimum of two persons).
Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai's Cantonese Valentine's menu includes a Yan Toh Heen Scallop Combination with Golden Scallops with Minced Shrimp, Fresh Pear and Yunnan Ham and Wok-seared Hokkaido Scallop with Soy Sauce. This is followed by Double Boiled Imperial Bird's Nest Soup with Fish Maw and Bamboo Piths and then Crispy Spring Rolls with Lobster and Black Truffle. Next is Steamed Garoupa Fillet Rolls with Yunnan Ham, Ginger and Spring Onion; Wok-fried Egg White with Crabmeat Roe and Caviar and Wok-fried Wagyu with Green and White Asparagus, followed by Crispy Fried Rice with Crab Claw in Fish Bouillon. For dessert, the “Valentine's Delight” is Executive Pastry Chef Christian Gonthier's “Sweet Heart” dessert made of Matcha Sponge with White Chocolate and Candied Ginger Mousse, Hibiscus Jelly, Rhubarb and Strawberry Condiment.
