Start this magical day with a 120-minute treatment at our legendary Chuan Spa. Every couple will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling and dessert at the spa's tranquil lounge after the treatment. Romantic Valentine's Day Set Dinner at Aria Bar & Lounge

An exquisite evening planned exclusively for 14 February, Aria Bar & Lounge, welcomes guests with a Valentine's Day four-course wine pairing dinner for two, prepared and designed especially by the hotel's Executive Chef – Thomas Rappl. For a further intimate touch, every couple will be presented with a take-home Petit Fours and a special Valentine's Day gift. Furthermore, a special violin performance by Ms Tahnaya Wynne will be performed from 6:45pm – 7:45pm. The Romantic Valentine's Day set dinner for two is priced at AUD$999 per couple. Sweet Valentine's Day Dinner at Melba

Our renowned international buffet at Melba will also be offering a romantic evening for all our guests on Valentine's Day. Enjoy our Sweet Valentine's Day dinner a cozy setting at our first seating from 5pm – 7:30pm is definitely a good choice for families, priced at AUD$179 per person inclusive of one glass of rosé and one pink rose for the couple. For a more romantic setting for couples, our recommendation is our second seating from 8:30pm – 11pm, valued at AUD$259 per person (50% deposit required) with a free flow of rosé champagne, a special violinist performance by Ms. Tahnaya Wynne from 8:45pm-9:45pm and a special Valentine's Day take-home gift.

If you do not have time to pre-arrange and pick up your roses before dinner, don't worry, we have you covered! In collaboration with our local luxurious florist – Cartel Flowers, you can pre-order your box of roses with your personalised message and have them delivered and placed on your table upon arrival.
