Rocking Christmas at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife's festive month starts from 6th December 2019 – 6th January 2020.

The festive season at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife officially begins on 6 December (Saint Nicholas Day) when kids at Hard Rock's Roxity Kids Club make stockings to hang on their doors to celebrate the feast of St Nicholas. In true Hard Rock style, the festive season will be celebrated with dazzling entertainment and live performances from the island's top artists. This includes a complete programme of activities running from 6 December to 6 January, including the 2019 closing event of the now iconic 'Children of the 80's' party on 7th December headlined by Spanish synthpop music group OBK, complete with festive touches and celebrating the hotel's third anniversary.

On Christmas Eve, both the Roxity Kids Club and the Teen Spirit lounge will host special Christmas entertainment. The Roxity Kids Club mascots – the Roxstars – will put on a special show in the hotel lobby, which will be followed by a make-up workshop and a mini-disco at the Roxity Club at 6pm (for kids 4-9 years). At Teen Spirit (for ten – 16-year olds), there's a table football tournament, a festive Zumba class, a make-up workshop and fantasy manicure, before a Just Dance competition at 5pm.

Families can indulge in foodie festivities at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife with a special Christmas Eve gala dinner either with a buffet in the Sessions Restaurant (starting from 6pm-9pm), or a set menu in the hotel's à la carte restaurants at an extra cost (booked and confirmed in advance). For the à la carte menu, prices start from 90€ per adult and 50€ per child; or 60€ per adult / 30€ per child for those guests on half board or all-inclusive (excluding drinks).

On Christmas Day morning, Roxity Kids Club is hosting a Christmas costume workshop, a cookie decoration workshop, and a mascot and family show, followed by a special visit from Father Christmas and his elves loaded with gifts and treats. In the evening, there's a festive film session for little ones that don't want to join the grand Christmas dinner. Over at Teen Spirit, teens can enjoy state-of-the-art VR activities and a DJ workshop, all with a Christmas theme.

In the evening, families can enjoy a grand Christmas buffet at Sessions restaurant from 6:30pm (included for half board or all-inclusive guests) or a special Christmas dinner in one of the hotel's a la carte restaurants (half-board and all-inclusive guests have a 30€ discount per adult and 15€ per child). After dinner, the Christmas party continues with special Christmas performances in the 3rd Half sports bar until 1am.

The fun continues through to Boxing Day, which hosts a range of activities for all the family. For football fanatics in the family, the Premier League will be shown in the 3rd Half sports bar from 1pm. Alternatively, youngers guests with a sweet tooth may opt for the delicious waffles from the Splash Pool Sundae Bar. Following this, kids can enjoy Save the Planet activities, a children's show and X-Mas Karaoke in Roxity and Teen Spirit. During the evening, live performances will take place in 3rd Half from 10pm. 

 New Year's Eve at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife will be celebrated with a 'Rock Follies' -themed party, set in Chicago in the roaring '20s, and taking place in the lagoon area of the hotel. The party will feature live music, open bar, performances, fireworks and a live DJ performing until 2am. Every guest is given a goodie bag for the party. There's also an area just for kids. However, if Chicago isn't their scene, kids can enjoy a mini disco and games from 5pm, watch films in Lullaby and enter the new year in style with a make-up workshop at 10pm in the kids' area of the Lagoon.
