Complete with impressive harbour views, the contemporary Australian grill will offer two dining options for New Year's Eve guests. Come early for the five course menu which features such dishes as fresh sashimi of Hiramasa kingfish, sesame custard, edamame puree, chardonnay and shallot dressing; herb crusted ocean trout with black garlic jam and parsnip puree; tender wagyu rump served with cauliflower, bone marrow and gremolata; and a warm chocolate couverture ganache, salted caramel ice-cream and peanut butter mousse.
Those that prefer a later start can indulge in the eight course menu, which includes additional servings of smoked salmon and crème fraiche; salad of local lobster; and passionfruit cream and mango sorbet.

Popular Italian chef, Stefano Manfredi, has prepared two dining options this New Year's Eve. Guests at the first seating will be treated to dishes such as a shared antipasti plate of fresh burrata; thinly sliced veal tenderloin; a main of fresh pasta with prawns and zucchini in a chilli and garlic sauce; wood-grilled lamp rump with balsamic baby onions; and a dessert of classic Italian trifle.
Guests at the second seating will experience a delicious traditional Italian menu of fresh buffalo mozzarella; potato gnocchi with spanner crab and zucchini flowers; pan-fried Antarctic sea bass; wood-grilled wagyu fillet; and chocolate torte with raspberry sorbet.

Details: Modern Japanese restaurant Sokyo will be offering two seatings off their a la carte menu on New Year's Eve. The first seating will be available between 5:30pm - 8:00pm with live entertainment from Tikki Tembo and the second seating will be available between 8:30pm - midnight with live entertainment from Dan Rowntree.
