Revitalise Your Skin After the Summer at Lefay Resort & Spa Lago Di Garda on Lake Garda

Lefay Resorts

Lefay Resort & SPA on Lake Garda has introduced an Autumn programme to revitalise and nourish the skin after a summer of sun.

The resort has developed a number of innovative aesthetic and beauty programmes, which combine the principles of Classical Chinese Medicine with Western scientific research.  Lefay Resort's approach is based entirely on a holistic concept, in which the rebalance of the nervous system, nourishment of the spirit and deep relaxation are able to bring new luminosity to the skin, smoothing out wrinkles and making the body more toned.

The three night Autumn special offer includes a body scrub using natural local products such as capers, which have antioxidant properties, Lefay's extra-virgin olive oil and salt. The trace elements in the salt regenerate the body, whilst the emollient properties of the oil, which is rich in polyphenols, restructures the skin.  The programme also includes an aromatic anti-stress massage, which uses local olive oil, lemon and lavender for an anti-ageing effect on the skin and a facial cleanse and massage, which stimulates the energy points.  Guests can also enjoy a session in the salt water lake – the high temperature allows the body to absorb the trace elements and minerals from the marine salt dissolved I the water, which has a draining, detoxifying and relaxing effect.

The Lefay SPA Method uses the most ancient form of Phytotherapy within its programmes, which is the prescription of medicinal teas.  They have developed their own range of herbal teas and for the skin they recommend their purifying tea, which contains the depurative plants, artichoke, agrimonia and meadowsweet, which help to rehydrate the skin and remove accumulated toxins.

The resort's innovative food concept, Lefay Vital Gourmet, combines the principles of classical Chinese Medicine with the best local seasonal produce and Italian culinary heritage.  Lefay has developed a SPA Menu providing a balanced dietary approach to enhance skin appearance - an outward sign of the correct functioning of the whole body. The menu includes foods high in B vitamins, which helps the reparation of collagen and elastin and the essential fatty acids, Omega 3 and 6.

Lefay's special Autumn programme costs Euros 590 per person for three nights, based on two sharing a room.  The price includes all treatments and breakfast.  It is available until 28 October 2016.
