Reflexology has risen in popularity over the past few years, and with good reason. The underlying theory is that there are �reflex� areas on the feet and hands that correspond to specific organs and body parts, and by applying pressure to certain areas can release vital, blocked energy pathways and assist in restoring and maintaining the body�s natural equilibrium.

Sienna Spa at the Radisson Edwardian introduced the Reflex Combo, a Day Spa package for February 2010. Cleanse and relax your mind and body with a revitalising reflexology session of 25 minutes and a luxurious, rejuvenating 25 minute facial.

In addition to the treatments on offer, the spa package also includes use of all the Health Club facilities, the swimming pool, relaxation rooms and Jacuzzi, as well as providing a light lunch.

This is a relaxing mind and body technique, and is particularly useful to counteract stress and encourage healing after an injury or illness. The Reflex Combo (�50 pp) is available from Monday-Wednesday (9am-5pm) throughout February.
